A few things to clarify before we start
Who provides the text and images?
We plan the content structure together. Normally, we work with your text and images. If you'd like help creating them, we'll discuss this before preparing the proposal.
Will I be able to edit the website myself?
Yes, if you choose a content management module. We define what you can edit in the proposal and show you how to use it at handover.
Will the website use my own domain and accounts?
Yes. The website runs on your own domain and accounts, and handing over the necessary access is part of the process. We agree any third-party services and their fees in advance.
How long does a business website take?
We typically allow 4–6 weeks. We confirm the deadline once we've agreed the scope and required content; more complex projects may need a different schedule.
What happens after handover?
We agree maintenance, updates and further development separately. You can also find our maintenance options and fees on the Pricing page.
Do I always need monthly SEO?
No. A specific technical fix or an improvement to your local presence can be a standalone project. We recommend ongoing work when your goals and the opportunities we identify justify it.
